Parcels arrive in plain brown, or black packaging. We aim to offer complete discretion.
Any shipping labels which require a company address will be addressed using our registered company name: LLTFM LTD.

Orders are dispatched within two working days. Our working days are currently Monday - Saturday.
The UK postal service is experiencing delays, so please allow extra time for your deliveries where possible. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and deliveries may take longer to arrive.

Returns & refunds
We hope that you’re delighted with your order from The Exhibitionist, but we understand that there might be occasions where a return or refund might be necessary - or you might simply change your mind.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@theexhibitionist.art. If your item has not already been packaged, we will be happy to cancel your order and provide a full refund. Otherwise, the standard returns process will apply.
STANDARD RETURNS PROCESS
Email us at enquiries@theexhibitionist.art and within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the reason for your return
Package your order as securely as possible and post it back to us. Please ensure you obtain proof of posting. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and ensuring that the items reach us safely and in a saleable condition.
Your return will be processed and a refund arranged, less shipping costs. Please allow up to 28 days for the return to be processed.
Returned items must be received unworn, unused and with the packaging in-tact. Unfortunately, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns on some items including, but not limited to:
Sex toys, due to hygeine concerns
Intimate play items, such as candles, toy cleaner, massage oils which have been opened or partially used
Some bondage items including straps, ball gags, blindfolds and eyemasks, due to hygeine concerns
Intimate or pierced jewellery including nipple clamps, due to hygeine concerns
Incomplete, damaged, altered and washed items.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty on arrival, please contact us at enquiries@theexhibitionist.art within 30 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and describing the fault. A full refund or replacement, where possible, will be offered for faulty items. Please ensure that you have all accessories, parts and packaging that arrived with the original product.
Some items may have a longer manufacturer warranty, in which case you may be able to contact them for a replacement or repair. Where this is the case, we state this in product descriptions.
